The learning, education and training (LET) domain is evolving rapidly and will continue to do so.

The benefits of the use of technology and advancement in availability and affordability of technological solutions are bringing about a complete transformation of how we all will learn tomorrow.

Needless to say, more tools, methods, and a wide range of learner preferences just complicate the situation for the smartest of instructional designers and LET managers.

It is easy to get overwhelmed with these. Therefore, I hope to make this blog a clearinghouse for meaningful discussions that would simplify the increasingly complex ecosystem of LET and benefit everyone: from those entering the learning domain to those who are experienced.

Biography:

Venudhar Bhatt, is a senior management professional with more than 13 years of experience largely in the LET domain.

Venudhar currently works with one of India’s leading e-learning and content transformation solutions company and responsible for development of learning solutions, strategies and overseeing delivery of projects to clients worldwide. He is experienced in both the education and corporate training domains. Venudhar has exposure to several verticals in these domains, including K-12 education, aviation, retail, BFSI, IT and healthcare.
